- Organized and supervised school merger. Led the team which prepared
the acquisition of New York's largest private accredited post-secondary career school, by
Mercy College, a four year regionally accredited liberal arts institution. This unique
undertaking required a thorough and working knowledge of academic credit, work and
training experience value and the translation of non-degree vocational school clock hour
training to academic credit.
VICE PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER, CENTER FOR THE MEDIA ARTS, NY,

- Managed 160 staff and administration. As the senior and founding vice
president developed policy and procedures for Registrar, Admissions, Student Counseling
and five academic divisions.
- Established academic credit acceptance, joint degree and articulation
agreement relationships with major universities such as New York University and the New
School For Social Research.
- Responsible for institutional adherence to all state and federal law
and regulations.
