* A $50.00 fee is charged for the inclusion of discipline-specific determinations at the lower and upper/advanced university level. Prices are based on the evaluation of one degree. A fee of $50 is also assessed for each additional degree evaluated course-by-course.

- $35.00 per copy for a document by document evaluation.
- $40.00 per copy for a course by course evaluation.
- $50.00 per copy for any evaluation completed 5 years or longer prior to the date a copy is requested.
